At Evolve USA we love and have a deep respect for the ocean and everything in it. We also respect and thank all those that came before, including the ancient cultures who first began spearfishing for all of us to follow. These days, many of us in Hawaii started learning to dive at a young age with a list of fish we needed to be able to “three-prong” (shoot with a polespear) before we could ever even use a speargun. Those teachings and sustainable practices allow our “ohanas” (families) nutrition for the next generations. Evolve strives to continue this process of evolution with innovative new equipment and technology. With some of the world’s best testing grounds at our doorstep in Kailua-Kona, we are doing our best to help Evolve spearfishing and freediving.
