Still never received my products due to company shipping to the billing address

I have waited since Jan 10th for my order that still hasn’t been re-shipped to the proper address. I don’t believe I can ever buy anything else from this company due them being unresponsive, nothing to compensate my wait/error on their own doing. This company had been extremely lackluster.

Good but didn’t come with band

I really like the pole but I’m a little confused why it didn’t come with a band? It would’ve been much easier if I had one so I didn’t have to go to the store. other than that would’ve been 5 stars.
