Great CT pole spears, but it took like 30+ days to get them shipped. Evolve's contact number and email are almost non-existent. No responses whatsoever! I even tried messaging them on instagram but no response. I had to contact a youtube Kona spearfisher who is one of the brand ambassador to give me an update about my order. He called the owner and only then was I able to find out the status of my order. Would I buy from them in the future? Yes, but customer service is really non-existent. If only they can improve their customer service, it would be very helpful. Thank you.
I placed my order at the end of February. I only received it couple days ago. My order was altered multiple times by your staff. They added a Tshirt. But when the order came in. There was no shirt but a baseball cap. I ordered a heavy duty red rubber and it wasn't in the box. Only a black rubber and it wasn't the heavy duty one. I emailed and still no answer.

Still haven’t received it. Every time I check the usps tracking number it shows still in Kona. Please help.
