The Evolve Sandvik Precision Shark-Fin Speargun Shaft | Single Flopper is built for spearfishers who require dependable accuracy, penetration, and structural integrity across reef, mid-water, and bluewater environments.

Manufactured from Sandvik-sourced 17-4PH stainless steel and precision heat-treated to 48–50 HRC, this shaft delivers an ideal balance between hardness and controlled elasticity. This tuning allows the shaft to resist permanent bending while maintaining the flexibility needed to absorb impact and return true.

An optimized Tahitian tip profile promotes clean entry and deep penetration, while the single flopper design ensures consistent fish retention with minimal hydrodynamic drag. The shaft is equipped with three or four low-profile shark fins, available in 3 mm height, each featuring a line-passage hole for secure and adaptable rigging.

All shark fins are laser welded to minimize heat-affected zones, preserving steel strength, straightness, and long-term reliability. Each shaft is hand-finished and finely polished, improving water flow, reducing line wear, and increasing corrosion resistance in saltwater environments.
